Rose lives with Martha Cox and her family in North Carolina. She began competing in agility in October 2004. She and Martha compete in AKC, USDAA and NADAC agility.

Rose was featured in a calendar promoting spaying and neuturing in Gaston County, North Carolina. Star was Miss September 2005! The Calendar is a lot like the one the movie "Calendar Girls" was based upon.
